Batteries:

• Check to make sure the batteries in your Bluetooth device still hold a charge and are installed correctly

Recognizing Hardware:

Windows XP:

• Open the Device Manager by right–clicking My Computer, click Manage, and then click Device Manager
• Locate the Bluetooth and double-click on the icon
• Verify that Windows says “This device is working properly”

Windows Vista & Windows 7:

• Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager
• Locate the Bluetooth and double-click on the icon
• Verify that Windows says “This device is working properly”
