A: Once an asset is received by a repair or replacement center it takes 2-4 business days to complete the repair or replacement. Once the repair or replacement is completed, the working asset is sent to the customer. Shipping times vary based on location and method of shipping used.
Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A: Yes. For security reasons, shipments require an adult-signature at the receiving location unless the shipment is a replacement part valued under $100.
Q: Should I back-up my data prior to sending in a product for repair or replacement?
A: Yes! Your unit’s data storage device(s) may be erased or replaced in the warranty repair and replacement process. any data which you wish not to lose should be backed-up before sending in your unit.
